Johnny Law & the Pistol Packin’ Daddies are a Rockabilly band from Perth, Australia here is some of their live show at the Empire Tattoo Car Show in Riverside.

Steroflux was invited to play the opening of the new 12,000 seat Citizen arena in Ontario. They are 4 guys from Corona, who played some great classic songs and few awesome originals. I checked out the open mic at the Coffee Depot on Thursday night. It starts every Thursday around 7pm. I have some footage from a few performers . Here is the first clip of the open mic show. I will post some more over the next few days.

Japanese Monsters came to attack Riverside at the Awesomefest 2. They really got the crowd moving. This band has some great fans like ChiChi and Tia. These girls drove all the way out from Phoenix just to watch Japanese Monsters set. Listen to some of their songs on their Myspace page.
God Equals Genocide is a trio punk band from Newhall,Ca. Here they are playing some of their songs off their 7" record Life of Doubt. This guy goes by the names of Mike Honcho, Jumping the Turnstiles, or just Ray from Riverside. He is the Riverside punk rock version of Bob Dylan with harmonica and all. Here he is having a great acoustic set at the Awesomefest 2.
These guys came down from San Francisco to do a set on Saturday afternoon for the Awesomfest 2. They were the perfect cure for a hangover from a Friday night. They really get your adrenaline going. Check out their songs at their myspace page The Singularity.
Worthington's Tavern hosted The Awesome Fest 2 over the Labor Day weekend. Bands came from all over Band of Enchantment came out from New Mexico. Amen and the Hell Yeahs came all the way from Minneapolis to open up the Festival on Friday Night. Here is a clip of The Revenge from Phoenix,AZ. Sugar Mountain Mama Serenade is an all female. They have 6 members playing bongos, harmonicas, guitars, banjo, and even a ukulele. They have their own unique sound that works. This is them playing in Claremont on a summer evening.
Son Ambulance has been on tour this Summer. In a few weeks they have gone and performed in Chicago, Denver,Salt Lake. Thats alot of driving in this short time. They originate from Omaha,Nebraska. Next they will be hitting San Francisco, then the Pacific Northwest stopping in Oregon,Washington and over to Montana all within the next 5 days. Check them out on Myspace click on the link above.
